Colleen Normile is the Project END Managing Attorney based in Ayuda’s DC office. Through Project END, Colleen works to combat fraud in immigration legal services and other consumer fraud targeting non-citizens through consumer outreach, consumer complaints, and liaising with law enforcement.

Before joining Ayuda, Colleen worked at CASA de Maryland and at the Community Justice Project in Reading, PA. She has over six years of experience representing non-citizens in in U/T Visas, VAWA self-petitions, asylum, naturalization, and family petitions, with a focus on representing survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes.

Colleen has also spent time in Central America, including six months as an election observer with the Centro de Intercambio y Solidaridad in El Salvador. She is a graduate of Vassar College and CUNY School of Law, the only law school in the US exclusively dedicated to training public interest attorneys.
